Candidate support
On arrival in the UK, candidates take part in a two-week orientation programme to help prepare them for life in the UK
Previously, the orientation programmes have been delivered by Brunel University, Middlesex University and Coventry University. The universities are also involved in providing ongoing pastoral support for the candidates throughout their placement.
The Hobsons team is also on-hand to provide support for both employers and candidates. For example, candidates have access to free of charge telephone support, and a Facebook networking group has been established.
Employers receive a regular newsletter to keep them up to speed with developments to the Programme, and the Hobsons team are always available to help resolve any problems that may arise between employers and candidates.
